A Notary Signing Agent is a commissioned Notary Public who specializes in the process of obtaining and notarizing the signatures
of the party(ies) involved on real estate loan documents for the purpose of closing a real estate loan transaction. (not purchases).
Agents are independent sub-contractors and are not direct employee of the signing company nor the Lenders.
STANDARD FEE:
Signing - $65.00 in county
$75.00 out of county
E-docs - $35.00
2nd set- $25.00
$15.00 late fee - If E-Docs received less than three hrs prior to signing
